Personal information collected may include name, gender, phone and email address. It is intended solely to respond to the customer’s request made through a contact form available on the website or other contact means used by the customer.

2. Sharing personal data
By legal imposition, we will forward your personal data to the Tax Authority. HGREENHEART does not share your personal data with other companies or brands for marketing purposes.

HGREENHEART has prepared several information security measures, including technological controls, as well as administrative, technical and procedural measures that ensure the protection of personal data, preventing its misuse, unauthorized access and disclosure, loss, alteration or unauthorized destruction.
Personal data will only be kept for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the objectives identified above, within the legal limits. After the deadline, HGREENHEART undertakes to destroy the personal data. As a general rule, we retain transaction data for a period of 10 years, this being the period defined by law.
