Check-in: from 3:00 pm to midnight
In order to check in, it is obligatory to present your ID or Passport in the case of citizens coming from outside the Schengen Area.
Note: if you have to change your time of arrival, send an e-mail. It is important to be aware of any changes in your reservation. Please note the local time.
Check-out: by noon
If your departure is later, you can use the common areas of our hostel after the check-out. We offer a free luggage storage service. On the day of departure you will have to ckeck-out and remove all your belongings from your room by noon. Otherwise, the Green Heart Hostel will charge an additional night according to the current rate.
The reception is open from 8:00am to midnight.
PAYMENT
Payment will be made in full when you check in, by cash, debit cards and credit cards (Visa, Master Cards, Maestros)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are only accepted by e-mail and must be received 48 hours before the time of arrival (check the time of arrival on your reservation). In case of no cancellation or late cancellation, your entire stay will be charged to your credit card. No exceptions to this policy are made.
GENERAL HOSTEL RULES
- Green Heart Hostel does not accept bookings or check-in for people under 18. Minors under 18 years old are not allowed to stay without the presence of their parents or legal guardians.
- The rooms do not have capacity for cribs.
- The rooms do not have capacity for extra beds.
- Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or in any of the common spaces.
- No animals are allowed in the rooms.
- The guest will receive a key card when checking in, which gives them access to enter the hostel and their room. In case a key card is lost or stolen or, for any reason, not returned in an appropriate manner at the time of check-out, a 10 EUR fee will be charged.
City Tourist Fee
The Lisbon tourist fee is not included in the price of the reservation. A tourist fee of 2 euros per person, per night, will be charged at check in.
GUEST’S CONDUCT
We work daily for the welfare of all guests and employees, aiming to provide a comfortable and pleasant environment for everyone. We believe that mutual respect is vital for a pleasant stay and essential to provide exceptional service. Therefore, we inform you that we reserve the right to refuse admission and refuse service and/or request that a guest, in case of inappropriate or unacceptable behavior, leave the establishment at our discretion, if necessary, without reimbursement of any kind.
In case a guest causes any kind of damage to the property, the total cost of the repair will be charged, through the credit card registered in the reservation of that guest. In case the guest, by negligence or intention, causes damage to any machine or device available for use and enjoyment of the guest throughout his stay (for example: coffee machine, hair dryer, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, etc.), the total cost of repair — parts and labor — or the purchase price of a new machine or device, if it becomes irreparable, will be charged to guests. We assume no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to the guest’s property.
